I am writing to express my thanks for providing the transport for our recent school visit to Bruges and Lille on 3rd-4th December.
Our drivers Dave and Kevin were first class and displayed utter professionalism at all times. I can not speak highly enough of their commitment, dedication to safety and desire to accomodate all our requests at all times, I was very impressed.
The coach was execellnt, this is the second year we have run this trip and you have provided the transport on both occassions. Having run a number of trips in various schools over the years, I can honestly say your level of service has been the best that I have experienced.

We just wanted to thank you for all the trouble you took with our little mishap on the cancellation of the ferry (due to inclimate weather conditions). Yourselves and Mike were wonderful after we were all left stranded on Mull. Mike was wonderful and looked after us, as did yourselves.

We have just arrived home after a day trip to Downton Abbey withyourselves, this being the very fist time we have had the privilege to travel with Wicksons.
First we would like to compliment your driver who was very professionla, smart and welcoming on our pick up. His coach was extremely clean and he was very freindly and courteous.
Well done on a first class service! Excellent! You are certainly up there with the most enjoyable of companies that we have travelled with. |

Just a little note to say how much we enjoyed our holiday in Lytham St.Annes.
The hotel was super - the staff were very freindly and helpul, the food delicious and the bedrooms, swimming pool etc were first class.
It was nice to have Brian with us and he looked after us very well.
None of us can speak highly enough about the holiday - thank you so much for the time and trouble you took with the arrangements to give us such an enjoyable holiday. |

We would like to say how impressed we were with the coaches and drivers last friday when the whole school went to Weston-Soper-Mare.
I was on ocah 5 with driver Dave and he couldn't have been more helpful, freindly and professional throughout the whole day, the feedback from the the other coaches was more or less the same too.
