floor and live entertainment,  fully centrally heated throughout.
Well  appointed bedrooms, all with colour  TV, tea/coffee making facilities  and ensuite bath/shower.
The residents lounge offers magnificent sea views of Torbay.

Monday
Departing from our chosen departure point our journey takes us southwards when we will make suitable comfort stops en route before checking into our esplanade hotel in the
delightful seaside resort of Paignton.
Tuesday
After breakfast we board our coach for a scenic ride to the market town of Totness, here you will experience the true market town atmosphere as you meander around the narrow streets and curio shops looking for that  hidden heir loom.  Moving on to the delightful town of Dartmouth situated on the banks of the rive Dart for the remainder of the day, when you may wish to take a river cruise and learn all about the history of yesteryear and the pirates smuggling that went on many years ago.  Returning back to our hotel for
evening dinner with many a thought to ponder over.
Wednesday
After breakfast there is a day free to explore this superb seaside town, or even join one of the boats as they go out mackerel fishing, maybe visit the excellent Zoo which Paington is renowned for (entrance not included) or for the railway enthusiast, why not board the Paignton to Dartmouth railway for a journey with a difference.  All in all plenty of things to keep you busy in a relaxing way.  A pre-dinner drink before enjoying a relaxed evening dinner to end an interesting day.
Thursday
A day in Plymouth today but not before taking the scenic route over Dartmoor and calling in Princetown to view the notorious Dartmoor Prison.  Continuing on to Plymouth you will have the opportunity to tread the steps that many a famous sea captain have walked and even more up to date where Sir Francis Chichester returned after his epic round the world voyage.  Plymouth has something for everyone including an optional (payable locally) boat cruise for the budding sailors, an excursion definitely not to be missed.
Friday
This morning we bid a farewell to Paignton but before our journey begins we will call into Buckfast Abbey near Buckfastleigh where Benedictine Monks still live and serve, they have beautiful gardens and a fine selection of souvenir shops for that last minute gift that you forgot.  We continue our journey homeward arriving within our home areas late
afternoon.
