Bournemouth nestled on our warmer south coast makes an ideal base from which to explore the delights of this area.  On this tour we have the added bonus of a visit to Beaulieu with its famous motor museum.

The Cliffeside Hotel is positioned on the towns prestigious East Cliff overlooking miles of sandy beach.  It has a warmth and friendliness that is often lacking in larger hotels and an added attraction is the use of the facilities at the neighbouring hotels directly next door.  Many of its rooms overlook the sea and have ensuite bathroom, television, hair dryer and hot drinks refreshment tray.  Our stay is on half board basis and the hotel has a lift for your use.

Monday
Departing your chosen departure point we travel southwards making a comfort stop en route.  We endeavour to arrive at our hotel during the afternoon allowing plenty of time to check in and freshen up before enjoying our evening dinner.

Tuesday
After a leisurely breakfast we journey into the delightful New Forest - keep a look out for those
famous ponies - for our visit to the world famous and nostalgic Beaulieu Palace (admission to Bealieu House and gardens is included), where you can go back in time and retrace the steps of the aristocracy of yester year at this wonderful setting in the heart of the scenic New Forest.  Completing our day we arrive back at our hotel with plenty of time to relax before evening dinner.

Wednesday
Today you are free to enjoy and explore the delights of Bournemouth, maybe a stroll through the beautiful gardens that Bournemouth is renowned for, a little retail therapy that this town has to
offer or maybe a relaxing stroll along the magnificent promenade.

Thursday
After breakfast today we find ourselves in the fascinating city of Salisbury which not only boasts its interesting architecture but also having the highest spire on its cathedral in Britain.  This once bustling market town allows you plenty of places to explore and discover .  Returning back to our hotel once more in plenty of time to relax before our final evening dinner.

Friday
Boarding our coach after breakfast we sadly bid farewell to Bournemouth and its delightful areas to commence our journey homewards, arriving in the local areas late afternoon.
