Monday: Leaving Blackpool behind, we venture North to the Lake District, visiting Ambleside and Bowness-on-Windermere before commencing our homeward journey. Sunday: Following breakfast we have our included day visit to Beamish Open Air Museum, a world famous museum telling the story of the people of the North East of England, during the Georgian, Victorian and Edwardian periods, (admission is included). Our homeward journey commences mid/late afternoon.
