We have hopefully put together an itinerary to make your holiday!

The four star luxury Dunboyne Castle Hotel is nestled in the village of Dunboyrne and surrounded by countryside, just 12 miles from Dublin.
The hotel has a lift, restaurant, lounge bar and large terrace area surrounded by its private landscaped gardens.  For relaxation there is free entrance to the hotel’s hydrotherapy pool and spa area.  Dunboyne village offers a couple of typical Irish pubs and local shops.

Monday -  By the time we crossed to Ireland it will be time to check into our   hotel, settle in and relax. The evening is free.

Tuesday - To Dublin city, we have an orientation tour arranged so that we can get our bearings, then the day is yours! Maybe a drop of the black stuff at Guinness- It is made right here in Dublin or a spot of retail therapy.

Wednesday – The Battle of Boyne Visitors Centre, offers a        fascinating insight into the Battle of 1690, with both Kings        commanding their armies in person, over 50,000 men in total join us to experience the Battle first hand.
Today we visit Newgrange Megalithic Passage Tomb, built in 3200BC, the kidney shaped mound covers over one acre and   surrounded by 97 kerbstones, some richly decorated in Megalithic art, and interesting insight into this sights history.

Thursday – Powerscourt Gardens- One of the world’s great      gardens, in the foothills of the Wicklow Mountains, stretching out over 47 acres, it is a sublime blend of formal gardens, sweeping terraces and ornamental lakes and walled gardens. Admission is included.

Friday – Time to bid farewell as we cruise back to England for our homeward journey.
