We are proud to present our 1940’s themed break, enjoy both the street party and the 1940’s sing a long bringing back memories of bygone years.We are offering £1 a pint for draught lager or small glass of house wine Between 6—9pm each night, a 1940’s themed quiz and a Street Party with 
buffet dinner and background music, there is a vocalist and 1940’s sing-a-long.

The Ramada Leeds North is a 3 star hotel on the outskirts of Leeds, making it an ideal base to tour the Yorkshire Dales.  Once inside, you will find pleasant public areas, each of the 102 bedrooms are furnished with modern facilities including hairdryer, TV and tea/coffee making facilities.  Relax in the large Foyer Bar with a pre-dinner drink before heading for dinner in the Arts Restaurant.

Friday: Leaving from the Midlands, we head to Holmfirth and The Last of The Summer Wine country– Nora Batty’s cottage and Sid’s Café are there to be seen.  We’ll spend a while for you to have a good look around, then onto our hotel.  Our package includes welcome tea and coffee.  Tonight we have a 1940’s themed quiz, versus younger ones who will need to do some research!

Saturday:  The city of York is our destination today—with its numerous museums, The Railway Museum is free, check out what major developments occurred in the 1940’s it could answer some of last nights quiz questions!  This city has plenty to offer, fee free to make the most of your day.  But remember tonight we have our  ‘Street Party’ themed buffet night.

Sunday:  Heading North we go by way of Otley and Ilkley, do you know the poem ‘Ilkley Moor by T’hat?’ to take us to Bolton Abbey and estate.  A scenic leg stretch and coffee (not inc)  stop off.  Today we have our included journey on The Keighley and Worth Valley Railway, we also anticipate some free time in Haworth.  Tonight we have a vocalist to lead our 1940’s sing along.

Monday:  The spa town of Harrogate is our destination this morning, free time to explore independently and have a look at the amazing architecture.  Early afternoon we commence our homeward journey.
