The views across the plains of the Lincolnshire Wolds go on
forever or so it seems. We are based in the resort of Skegness for our 5 day holiday so giving us the seaside element of our holiday. During our week we will also drop into Mablethorpe. Two interesting visits will include The Battle of Britain Memorial Flight
Museum at Coningsby and Claythorpe Watermill and Wildfowl
Gardens. It is easy to see why Skegness has been a traditional seaside holiday favourite for many generations with it’s clean, award-winning sandy beaches, level streets and good shopping, great amusements and attractions, and the lovely Lincolnshire countryside is on the doorstep.
Text Box: Proposed Itinerary (maybe subject to operational change)

Monday: On our outward journey we visit the cathedral city of
Lincoln, with an interesting array of shops along with the cathedral.

Tuesday: A day of contrasts, first our included visit to The Battle of Britain Museum at Conningsby—admission is included, so you can enjoy a visit of flight and delight! Then we plan to drop into Woodhall Spa—a delightful inland resort set amongst magnificent pine and birch woods. This beautifully kept town offers a peaceful, relaxed atmosphere.

Wednesday: It is market day in Boston today so we thought a visit this morning might appeal with the afternoon free in Skegness.

Thursday: Claythorpe Watermill and Wildfowl Gardens is a little piece of paradise and home to over 300 birds wandering freely—so it should be interesting. In the afternoon we plan to drop into the resort of Mablethorpe.

Friday: Well it’s time to say farewell, but hopefully this holiday has had something for everyone!
