Text Box: Location: Dare we omit this popular weekend?
The 72 mile route from Settle to Carlisle takes you on a journey through the
magnificent Yorkshire Dales, over the 24 arches of the impressive Ribblehead Viaduct, a view to behold, before plunging in to the longest tunnel on the line at Blea Moor.

Emerging onto the side of Dentdale, the line leaves the Dales at Garsdale and makes it way through the gentle, lush rolling hills of the Eden Valley, with rural villages and
market towns before arriving at the great border city of Carlisle. Our journey will be on the regular train service.

and Wensleydale Creamery

Proposed Itinerary (maybe subject to operational change)

Saturday:	Travelling North we visit the Yorkshire town of Hawes. Did you know it
even has it’s own Rope Maker?

We have an included visit to Wensleydale Creamery, a chance to see how cheese is made (subject to operation), you may want to pick up some for home (not inc). There is also a very nice coffee shop/restaurant. From here we enjoy the scenery as we pass through Settle and Skipton to our hotel.

Sunday:	The Black Sheep Brewery at Masham is where we are headed today to see how they brew their tasty pint! Following our visit
we plan to visit the Spa town of Harrogate in the early afternoon.
