Booking Information

How to book

Complete the booking form (see above) and forward with the £25.00 per person deposit.

Full payment is required for all holidays booked 6 weeks or less prior to the departure date.

Credit Card bookings available by post or telephone.

We do offer a Home Pick-Up / Drop-Off Service at an additional charge per person. The following rates apply:

Seat Allocation:

Please be advised any numbers on initial booking confirmations are purely reference numbers – your exact seat allocation will be advised by your driver as you join the coach.

Pre-Bookable Seats

We offer a Pre-Bookable Seat Option at £5.00 per person, so if you want to request a preferred seat you can for a supplement of £5.00 (subject to availability).

Single Supplement:

Single Supplements stated are for single rooms. There may be additional charges when / if twin or double rooms have single occupancy – At the discretion of the hotel.

Travel Insurance

Travel Insurance is available and strongly recommended. Please bear in mind insurance cover is only valid from the date of premium paid. It is always best to take out insurance at time of booking if required. There is a seven day money back guarantee. Please read the Policy completely to ensure it meets your requirements (see below).

Confirmation

A receipt / confirmation will be issued on booking. Pick-Up Point and times will be advised on your luggage labels approximately one week prior to departure.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

We strongly recommend all clients taking out travel insurance. For your protection and peace of mind we have arranged a special holiday Travel Insurance Scheme with AXA Insurance (UK) plc.

We summarise below the details of the insurance cover provided which also includes INTERNATIONAL MEDICAL RESCUE – 24 hour emergency service. The following is a brief summary of the cover available. Full details of Cover, Policy Warranties and Exclusions will be forwarded with your Confirmation of Booking. In any event you may ask for a specimen copy of the Policy Wording before booking should you wish to examine this in advance.

Insurance Premium

POLICY EXCESS

Cancellation, Curtailment, Holiday Abandonment and Loss of Deposit for holidays up to and including 3 days NIL. For holidays over 3 days Loss of Deposit excess £10.00 each and every loss. For holidays over 3 days excess £35.00 each and every loss of Cancellation, Curtailment and Holiday Abandonment. Medical and other Expenses, Personal Property and Money excess £30.00 each and every incident per insured person.

IMPORTANT – WARRANTY

It is your promise to us that at the time of taking out this Policy you are not aware of any reason why the trip should be cancelled or curtailed and :-

  1. You are not receiving or awaiting treatment for an illness or injury as a hospital in-patient, as any claim arising from this injury or treatment will not be covered.
  2. You are not travelling against the advice of a medical practitioner, for the purpose of obtaining medical treatment, where a terminal prognosis has been given, or where depression or an anxiety state has been diagnosed.
  3. Where you have received medical treatment as a hospital in-[atient or out-patient, during the six months prior to the booking of the trip, you must obtain medical advice on the advisability of taking the trip.
  4. Where you are undergoing hospital treatment as an in-patient at the date the final cost of the trip is due to be paid a “Certificate of Fitness” confirming your ability to travel must be obtained.
  5. If you are on medication at the time of travel your medical condition is stable / well controlled.

You must notify us of any reasons listed above arising between the date of the policy is issued and the first date of the trip.

Premium per Passenger

Premiums shown are inclusive of Insurance Premium tax at the appropriate rate.

As cover under the Cancellation section commences immediately as the holiday booking has been accepted, no refund in premium can be allowed (other than 10 day refund).
