How do I book a holiday?

A:  By calling into our office, by telephone or sending in one of our booking forms

How much deposit do I pay?

A:  Deposits are £25 per person, and if you wish to take insurance this is also payable at the time of booking.

Do you charge extra for payments made by credit card?

A:  No

Do I need Insurance?

A:  It is an entirely individual decision. We do offer travel insurance as part of our service to you.

What happens once I have booked?

A:  When the booking has been made, we will then issue you with a confirmation confirming the details of the holiday

Do you provide a home pick up service?

A:  We do offer a Home Pick-up/Drop Off Service at an additional charge.

When do I pay the balance?

A:  The remainder of the balance is due 6 weeks prior to travel (balance due by date is printed on the bottom of your confirmation).

Can I reserve coach seats?

A:  Yes, seats are can be pre-booked at a charge of £5 per seat, subject to availability.

Are there car-parking facilities at your depot?

A:  Yes, on your date of travel a representative will allocate/show you to your parking bay.

Where do I find my pick up point and time?

A:  One week before your departure we will forward you your luggage labels which will confirm your exact departure time.

Can we view one of your coaches?

A:  You are most welcome to view come and view our coaches, but please call before to make sure we have a coach in our depot so as you don’t have a wasted journey.

Do you sell Gift Vouchers?

A:  Yes, Holiday Gift vouchers are available in denominations of £10 and £20 and can be redeemed against any of our tours

Do your coaches have seatbelts?

A:  Yes, all our vehicles have seatbelts fitted, it is now a legal requirement for passengers to wear them.

I have to complete a 'Risk Assessment' for our trip can you help?

A:  Yes, you can be assured in line with our Health and Safety policy all relevant risk assessments have been completed.

Do I have to pay VAT on our coach hire?

A:  No VAT is zero rated on coach hire.

Can your coaches go into London?

A:  Yes all our vehicles comply with the LEZ regulations permitting them to enter London.

How do I book a coach?

A:  A letter of confirmation with a £25 deposit to make your booking, we will then forward your booking confirmation.

A:  Coach Hire 7 days prior to departure, Holidays 6 weeks prior to departure, & Day excursions at the time of booking.
